Logitech logi MX Creative Console – General Information:

The Logitech MX Creative Console is a two‑module control surface designed for creative professionals (photographers, video editors, designers, etc.). It comprises:

• A keypad module with programmable LCD keys

• A dialpad module featuring a large analog dial, roller, and associated buttons

The goal is to provide tactile, context‑aware controls that reduce reliance on keyboard shortcuts and streamline workflows in creative applications (especially Adobe apps).

Each unit also includes a 3‑month Adobe Creative Cloud All Apps membership (new or existing users) bundled at purchase.

• Customizable LCD Keys
   The keypad has 9 LCD buttons (visual keys) whose labels/icons update depending on the active app or profile. 
   Additionally, there are “page” buttons (left/right) to switch between sets of actions (up to 15 pages per app).

• Analog Dial + Roller + Buttons
   The dialpad provides a high‑precision aluminum rotary dial, a roller (for zoom, scrub, scroll), and four customizable buttons.
   The dial’s behavior is “contextual” — it changes function depending on which key or tool is active. 
   There is a “fluid roller” for smooth zooming/navigation.

• Seamless Software Integration & Plugins
   Logi Options+ is the customization/control software. Through it, users can define profiles, remap keys, import plugins, etc. 
   At launch, Logitech provided tailored plugins for popular Adobe Creative Cloud apps (Photoshop, Lightroom Classic, Premiere Pro, After Effects, Illustrator, Audition).
   Over time, more plugins (e.g. for Figma, DaVinci Resolve, Affinity Photo) have been added.

• Hybrid Connectivity
   The keypad is wired (USB‑C) and recognized as a USB 2.0 high-speed device. 
   The dialpad connects wirelessly (Bluetooth Low Energy 5.1 or via Logi Bolt USB receiver). 
   Wireless range is up to ~10 meters.
   Note: the dialpad is not compatible with the older Logitech Unifying receiver — it requires Logi Bolt or Bluetooth.

• Sustainability & Materials
   The product emphasizes eco-conscious design:
    • Up to ~72% of plastic parts (in Graphite version) are post‑consumer recycled plastic 
    • Use of aluminum manufactured with renewable energy
    • Micro‑textures instead of paint finishes to reduce waste .

• In Adobe Photoshop, turning the dial can adjust brush size, zoom, or other parameter sliders.

• In Premiere Pro, the dial allows scrubbing through a timeline; the roller or buttons can zoom in/out or navigate frames.

• In Lightroom Classic, you can use the keypad for rating, flagging, and the dial for exposure, contrast, etc.

• For software without official plugins, you can still assign keyboard shortcuts to keys, so the console works as a more general macro pad.
